November 10th 2006 The Personalized Learning Foundation Receives Certificate of Registration from the US Patent and Trademark Office The Personalized Learning Foundation today received official notice from the United States Patent and Trademark Office that its application for a service mark for the name "The Personalized Learning Foundation" has been approved and officially registered. "The Personalized Learning Foundation" service mark registration will remain in force for 10 years. Now that the trademark has been registered, The Personalized Learning Foundation is entitled to use the familiar R registration symbol (®) next to the trademark.
